Delivery order time

We process the order as soon as we receive it, which usually takes 24-48 hours, then expedited shipping usually takes 8-12 days, and standard shipping takes 15-20 days. If for any reason we are unable to process your order, we will contact you accordingly.

Free worldwide shipping

We ship orders worldwide for free
When purchasing from our online store, you will not be charged any additional tax or shipping fees.

Product delivery

We only ship new items and try to keep items on our website in stock. If special circumstances cause logistics delay, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order. If you received a product that has not been artificially damaged and does not function abnormally, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement for that defective product at no additional cost to you.

Please note: If you would like to order multiple items and send them to different people, please place them as separate orders.

Order tracking

Once we ship your order, you can track it using our order tracking tool. If the customer cannot be contacted or does not accept delivery of the product as a result of these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion.
